Common questions
Yes. With Business or Unlimited plans, the generated PDF contains only your agency name, your logo, and your color scheme. There is no ZeriFlow logo, watermark, or mention in the document itself. The footer shows 'White-label powered by ZeriFlow' in very small text for compliance, but this can be removed on the Unlimited plan.
Any publicly accessible HTTPS image URL works — PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP. We recommend a PNG or SVG with a transparent background, at least 200px wide, for best results in the PDF header.
Not yet — each account has one branding profile. Multi-profile support (e.g., one profile per client sub-brand) is on the roadmap. As a workaround, some agencies maintain separate ZeriFlow accounts per brand.
There's no separate PDF generation limit. You can export a PDF for every scan you run. Your monthly PDF count is only limited by your scan quota (advanced scans) or your quick scan limit (unlimited on paid plans).
Yes. The `/scan/pdf` endpoint on the API respects your account's branding settings and returns a branded PDF. If you're building a client portal, you can fully automate the scan-to-branded-report workflow.
Yes. The PDF preview is available directly in the scan results page before downloading. You can also generate a PDF for your own test domain to verify your branding looks correct.
